Esper License Unlocks

Each Esper in Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age occupies a single fixed spot on a job’s License Board. Claiming that Esper opens up the licenses immediately around its spot, and because every job board places its Espers in different positions, the same Esper can unlock completely different licenses depending on the job.

Since each Esper can only be assigned to one character for the entire game, it pays to know exactly what each one unlocks before you commit. The tables below list every Esper’s license unlocks for all twelve jobs, along with each board’s Quickening unlocks.
