Naughty Magazine.

A unique item that can be picked up in the Timber Maniacs Building while visiting Timber during the Forest Owls Mission. The magazine can be given to Zone later on when you meet up with him on the White SeeD Ship in order to obtain the
Shiva Card. That being said, you can also obtain the card without exchanging the Girl Next Door magazine which is technically a unique, one-of-a-kind item, if you’re a collector of such things. Check out the White SeeD Ship page linked above.
Note that although this item is technically a magazine the game classifies it as a miscellaneous/key item.

This item has a one time use of continuing the story. You receive it from Edea the first time you visit Edea’s House and you use it when you first meet up with the leader of the White SeeD Ship. The item has no other purpose.

Mysterious old ring used to summon Doomtrain.

This item, in combination with some other required materials, is used to create the Guardian Force, Doomtrain. Check out the Doomtrain side quest section for more information on how to use this ring.
