Trial Mode - Stages 61 to 70
Tips on how to complete each of the Stages and a list of the items that can be picked up from treasure chests or stolen from the enemies. Note that you need to have Diamond Armlet equipped in order to obtain the treasure listed. Opening the treasure chest without a Diamond Armlet will result in you receiving consumable and expendable items.
This battle is against a Vorpal Bunny which is the same enemy as the one fought during Hunt 14: A Chase Through the Woods. The Vorpal Bunny will continuously run away from you and hide in different areas of the zone while Vampyrs spawn as you wander the area. Don’t let Vorpal Bunny get too far away and hit it hard with powerful attacks and Magicks. Specifically, Holy Magick is extremely effective against the Vorpal Bunny.
You can make Biding Mantis spawn by searching the center of the zone.
This battle is similar to the battle against the Humbaba Mistant that you need to fight inside the Necrohol of Nabudis. They are fairly basic enemies that do not require any particular strategy to defeat. You may want to equip one or more of your characters with a Black Belt or a Ribbon as their Tremor attacks can cause Disable.
This battle is the same as the one against the Mark for Hunt 26: Visitor on Deck. Deathgaze and is not immune to Silence so make sure to have one of your party members keep it under Silence for the duration of the fight. It can cast a number of negative status effects that can be prevented using this method. Also make sure to cast Bubble on your party members to prevent them from being hit by the Disease status effect.
Stolen from Vyraal:
- Uncommon: Demon Shield
Poached from Vyraal:
- Rare: Dragon Shield
This battle against the dragon/wyvern combo is fairly standard. You will need Magick or the Telekinesis Technick to defeat Dheed but aside from dealing with one flying enemy it is a fairly standard fight.
Stolen from Shield Wyrm:
- Rare: Ring of Renewal
This battle is similar to the battle against Exodus, the optional Esper, at the top of the Mosphoran Highwaste. Defeat the two Golems first using regular attacks and then move on to Exodus. Be prepared to take a heavy amount of damage from Exodus’ Scathe and Flare attacks and make sure that you have Bubble cast on each of your party members. Cast Dispel on Exodus early on in the fight.
Defeat the 4 Cassie enemies first to get them out of the way and reduce the sources of so many of the negative status effects that will be cast. All of the enemies are weak to Wind-type Magick, so switch to using Aeroga to take them all down quickly. Use Dispel on Wild Malboro and equip your party members with Ribbons if you have them.
You can make a Spee spawn towards the end of the stage.
Stolen from Wild Malboro:
- Rare: Volcano
Poach from Spee:
- Cat-ear Hood
Krjn will assist you during this battle with support and healing Magick. This battle is very similar to the last one: focus on defeating the four Vivian enemies first and then focus on Carrot. You will have to deal with a number of status effects so keep a Ribbon equipped and have Remedy or Esuna Gambit ready to go.
You can make a Crypt Bunny spawn by traveling to the end of the zone.
