There are numerous ways to reach the Feywood but the team will travel through the area on their way to the Ancient City of Giruvegan. There are some puzzles that need to be completed in order to proceed through the Ice Field of Clearsight and the Edge of Reason.
You will need to summon Belias once you reach the entrance to Giruvegan in the southwest corner of the map.
