Tanket is just like other Helm/Armor-type monsters—it will resist physical attacks from weapons that lack the Piercing auto-ability. Its regular attacks will cause the Berserk status effect. You can use Armor Break or Full Break to increase the amount of damage your attacks do, but other than that, no specific strategies are required to defeat it.

You should consider power leveling your characters and obtaining the Celestial Weapons, in this case, for Yuna specifically. Check out the Advanced section of the Tips and Tricks for more information. With properly leveled characters, this fight is pretty straightforward.
