Auto-Abilities for Weapons
A full list of the Auto-Abilities that you can add to your character’s weapons is included below. The Auto-Abilities that you can add to your armor are different and can be found in the Auto-Abilities for Armor section.
These Auto-Abilities are also different than the Abilities that characters can learn by progressing through the Sphere Grid. Head to the Abilities section to find those listings.
The Auto-Abilities are listed in the same order as they are within the game. Click on the “Alphabetical” tab to view them in alphabetical order instead.

Description:
“View enemy data during battle.”
Effect:
Can be used during a battle to reveal the maximum HP, elemental characteristics and status effects.

Description:
“Deal normal damage to armored enemies.”
Effect:
Allows attacks to deal full damage to “Armored” enemies.
Customization:
Lv. 2 Key Sphere (x1)
Description:
“Act first at beginning of battle.”
Effect:
Allows the character to have the first move in battle.

Return Sphere (x1)
Description:
“Raises party’s chances for a preemptive strike.”
Effect:
Removes the chance for an enemy to ambush your team and increases the likelihood of you initiating a preemptive strike to start the battle.

Description:
“Adds fire element to attacks and skills.”
Effect:
Causes regular attacks to include a Fire-element. This can have different a different effect depending on the enemy’s elemental alignment.

Description:

Increases the AP that you gain after a battle rather than having the character charge their Overdrive gauge.

Effect:
