* Getting the Larva Eater to spawn is a challenging and lengthy process and you have to get fairly lucky as well. It can spawn in a number of different areas, but you should travel to A Vikari Kanbrhu or near the Leo Gate Stone and build up a chain of Necrophobes.
Defeat as many of them as you can; they split and continually spawn, so it is possible to get up to a chain of 255. Then zone in and out of the area leading to the Leo Gate Stone (Sthaana Leo) and Waystone XIV (Sirhru Phullam Prattii’vaa until the Larva Eater spawns. It supposidly spawns near Waystones and has an increased chance of spawning if you have a high enemy-chain going, but the mechanics of this are not fully understood.
