The Hideaway
Start by heading over to 
Charon’s Toll and purchasing the new sword she is selling. She is also selling a new belt and vambrace, but these are not significant upgrades, even after you reinforce them at 
The Black Hammer, so you can skip out on them if you’re finding yourself low on gil.

“The hunters of Tabor speak of a wild chocobo that haunts not only the nearby badlands, but also their dreams—for it exhibits a ferocity rarely seen in the species, and has ripped more than a dozen of their comrades from gizzard to groin and feasted on their flesh. The bird is far past taming—it must needs be put down.”
Head back to the Hideaway and speak to Otto next. This will kick off the next Main Scenario Subquest.
Like Father, Like Daughter
The first step of this quest is to “search Mid’s dungeon,” so make your way to the back of the Hideaway and head down the stairs. Inspect the volumes at the bottom of the left side of the stairs, and then inspect the desk that’s close by. The task will update to say “continue searching Mid’s dungeon,” and you can now inspect the nearby shelf to find an object with a letter tucked inside.
Head back up to the mess to speak with Otto again, and then head over to the Orchestrion in the Ale Hall. Speak to the two children standing in front of it and then inspect the Orchestrion again afterward. Clive will obtain 
The Final Piece, which Cid had hidden long ago. This completes the very short “Like Father, Like Daughter” Main Scenario Subquest.

Optional Quest
“Unsatisfied by the present potency of his morganbeards, Nigel seeks a means to further invigorate the flowers…and believes the answer lies in the vines of a morbol—preferably one large and violent enough to warrant a billet on the Hunt Board.”
With Two Ds
Achievement/Trophy
“Upgrade consumable potency and inventory slots to their maximum (excluding battles in the Hall of Virtue).” Assuming you’ve completed all of the Optional Quests up to this point, including Weird Science, Even Weirder Science, 
The Fruits of Her Labors, and this last one, you should receive this achievement/trophy.
Blacksmith’s Blues III
Optional Quest
“Blackthorne is upset yet again, and as expected, August has approached Clive to look into it. Will this be the last time? One can only hope so…”
The reward from “Blacksmith’s Blues III” is the 
Ouroboros Design Draft, which allows you to craft the 
Ouroboros belt and The Sons of Ouroboros vambraces when you have the materials. For now, you’re missing the 
Stone Tongue and the Stained Loincloth, respectively.
Tears of Mercy
Optional Quest
“Rodrigue begs Clive to help him convince Tarja that she needs to rest. It seems she’s been devoting all her time to a certain patient, and not even stopping to sleep.”
This is mentioned on the Tears of Mercy quest page, but as a reminder, there is one more reward to collect after completing this quest. Speak to Tarja one more time, and she will give Clive the 
Medicine Chest curiosity.

It’s now time to move ahead with the Main Scenario Quest and return to the Ironworks, but before you do, swap over to your multi-target 
Eikonic Ability Set. Then, when you’re ready, open up the world map and select The Ironworks in the southern section of the map.
