Home, Sweet Home
The “Home, Sweet Home” Main Scenario Quest is a brief introductory quest that involves exploring the new Hideaway in the middle of the lake. You’re also thrown right into another battle right after you gain access to your newest Eikon, Ramuh.

The link below provides some guidance on the utility and usefulness of the new Eikonic Abilities you have access to through Ramuh. You can also find some Eikonic Ability Set setup tips in the “Ability Recommendations” section listed below.

Ability Recommendations
Tips and Tricks

This section will provide some tips for setting up your single-target and multi-target Eikonic Ability Sets, including covering which Abilities are the most effective and which you should consider avoiding altogether.
You now have access to the Eikon Ramuh and his lightning-based Abilities. Feel free to play around with each of the Abilities in the “Hall of Virtue” using the Arete Stone in the center of the new Hideaway.
The Hideaway
There are a few new areas that you can explore around the Hideaway now that the layout has completely changed, but your options for purchasing items and upgrading gear remain the same. Charon and Blackthorne have packed up their wares and moved to this new location. They’re pretty close to the entrance, so let’s swing by there first.

Charon has no new weapons, belts, or vambraces to purchase, but she does have three new accessories that have appeared:
These accessories are a little gimmicky and are only good in situations where you’re constantly relying on some of Clive’s abilities (like Magic Burst or
Limit Break). Don’t purchase them if you don’t need to, but don’t worry about spending the
Gil, as you should earn more than enough throughout the game to finance your adventures. You certainly don’t need the last two accessories.
Not Enough Gil?
Helpful Hint
Scroll down a bit further and locate the map of the new Hideaway. There are three treasure coffers in this area that each contain valuable materials that you can sell if you’re low on Gil.
Eureka
Achievement/Trophy
“Spend 36,000 gil at the Tub & Crown.” Speaking of wasting money, it’s worth noting that you can earn another achievement/trophy in the Hideaway when you spend a total of 36,000 Gil by speaking to Maeve. You can order drinks for the whole hall for 10,000
Gil and then order single drinks for 500
Gil.

Head over to Blackthorne at the new Black Hammer and, since you recently picked up a
Lightning Shard after defeating the Republican War Panther, you can have him craft the following:

He can’t reinforce any of the gear you currently have. Let’s take some time to explore the Hideaway now because there are a few treasure coffers that you can pick up.

Speak to Otto once you’ve completed the tasks listed above, then speak to Vivian for a lengthy cutscene that provides an overview of the various realms and army movements. Take the book that she gives you, On Gods and Men, over to Harpocrates, before making your way back to Clive’s Chambers (with a short interruption along the way). Examine the
Reading Table, and this Main Scenario Quest
is already complete.
