The jury is still out on Cerberus. Cerberus does not do any damage when cast - instead it casts Double and Triple on all of your party members, effectively allowing them to use 2 or 3 Magic in a single turn. This may come in handy depending on your play style, but if you don’t find yourself regularly using Magic during the course of a battle you will find little use for Cerberus. Cerberus does have quite a few Junction abilities though that can prove quite useful.
