There are a number of shops located across Spira. Each of them contains items that become more and more powerful as you progress through the game. Most of the shops are located in the major cities and towns that you visit, however many of your shopping opportunities come from a traveling merchant that follows you around named O’aka XXIII.

So where are the shops located and what do they contain? A full list of the shops is included below. Click on the drop down link to see the list of items.
Changing Item Prices
It is important to note that many of the shops change their item prices as you progress further and further through the game. This guide will list the regular item prices but will note if and when the pricing changes in the write-up under each section.
Obtaining Fahrenheit
The items in most of the shops will either change prices or change inventory altogether once you receive the Airship, Fahrenheit, and can use the NavMap to choose where you wish to go. Click on the link below to go to that section of the strategy guide:

Gaining control of the airship and access to the NavMap which allows you to travel all over Spira.
This is the first shop you have access to is located in Besaid Village after Tidus arrives on Besaid Island. Wakka will take Tidus back to his home village and you can access the shop while exploring through the town.
The town of Kilika is destroyed before your team arrives, but you can find a hidden shop in one of the broken huts near where the ferry docks in the center of town.
There are three separate shops located in Luca. Two of them can be found outside of the Stadium locker rooms where you start the game. The last shop can be found in Luca Square near a cart outside of the pub.
The shop is located inside the Inn outside of Djose Temple. You can purchase a number of items there after you have completed the Djose Cloister of Trials.
The Moonflow consists of two separate parts - the South Warf and the North Warf. There are four separate people that you can speak to on the South Warf that will sell you items. The prices for these items increase after you reach Macalania Temple.
The item shop on the Airship can be accessed by speaking to Rin in the corridor. You can access it when you escape from Home and again when you gain full control of the Airship.
Note also that the Tetra Armor that Rin sells already has the HP +10% attached to it.
There are three shops located in the Calm Lands. One is referred to as “Rin’s Mobile Agency” and it flies in on an airboat. This shop only appears once when the team first arrives from Macalania Woods.
The second shop is located inside the camp in the center of the Calm Lands. The third and final shop is the one that you can access by heading to the Monster Arena.
There are two shops that you can access along the Mount Gagazet Trail. The first is at the entrance which can be accessed by speaking to the Ronso on the right side of the screen. The second is a shop that is setup by O’aka XXIII’s brother, Wantz.
This is the final shop and it only appears if you spoke to Wantz as you walked through Mt. Gagazet Trail. Wantz reappears in Macalania Woods and sells the items listed below:
