Tonberry’s attack is pretty weak. The primary benefit to obtaining Tonberry though is his very useful learned abilities which include Call Shop, Familiar, Sell-High and Haggle. Together, these abilities pave the way for a cheat that allows for infinite gil. Click on the link to check out the Cheats section.

How to Obtain Tonberry

Head to the Centra Ruins and kill 20 Tonberry’s and you will be “jumped” by Tonberry King. Defeat Tonberry King to receive Tonberry as a Guardian Force. Click on the link for more information on completing the Centra side quests.
