Leviathan is one of the few Guardian Forces that possess the Spr-J ability, but other than that, it does not have many useful abilities. Its water-based attack isn’t super useful by the time you add this GF to your team.

How to Obtain Leviathan
You must draw Leviathan from Master NORG. The opportunity to fight NORG happens on the lower floor of Balamb Garden after the group splits into two teams after the Galbadia D-District Prison.
Alternatively, you can Draw Leviathan from Trauma in Ultimecia’s Castle.
