Squall is the main character of Final Fantasy VIII. He uses a cool weapon called a Gunblade which is a combination between a sword and a gun. In the game’s lore, it takes many years to get good at using this type of weapon so it is rarely seen or used, however, Seifer, Squall’s main rival, also uses a gunblade.
Using his Gunblade, Squall can unleash an incredibly powerful limit break called Renzokuken. This attack causes multiple hits and, when you eventually obtain his strongest weapon, Lion Heart, can do an incredibly high amount of damage.
Squall’s personality in the game is cold and distant, and he tends to be standoffish in his interactions with others.
