Seifer is one of the primary antagonists of the game and is in a constant back-and-forth struggle against Squall. He has a reputation as being a bit of a hot dog and he is the leader of his two lackeys, Raijin and Fujin, whom you will battle many times throughout the course of the story.
Seifer is a fairly powerful character and also uses a gunblade similar to Squall.
Seifer is a temporary character that will not be with your party for long when he joins in the Dollet SeeD mission, however, all of the magic that he Draws will be transferred to another character that will be joining your party. Don’t hesitate to have Seifer stock up on key magic spells.
