Gandarewa is an Imp-type enemy that you can find along the Mushroom Rock Road, the Djose Highroad, or the Moonflow Road. You need to capture five of each Imp-type enemy to unlock Vidatu in the Species Conquest section of the Monster Arena.
Gandarewa are flying creatures, so have Wakka use his Blitzball attack to take them out. They are resistant to most magic except 
Water Black Magic, so have Lulu use that spell on them as an alternative to using Wakka.
