Inflicts an enemy with the Poison status effect which causes damage over time to an enemy. Depending on the enemy’s HP, this spell can inflict a fairly high amount of damage. It is very useful against bosses that are not immune to the status effect.

Effect:
Reduces the HP of all enemies by 1/4. Unfortunately, most bosses and strong enemies are immune to its effects making this spell rarely useful.

Inflicts the “Death” status effect on an enemy. Many enemies are immune to its effect.

Aborbs HP from the target and restores the caster’s HP. This spell doesn’t inflict much damage and there are better ways to heal your character, so this spell is of limited value.

Effect:
Aborbs MP from the target and restores the caster’s MP. This spell can be useful if you’re desperate for MP.

Effect:
Inflicts a high amount of damage that is not tied to an element. Non-elemental damage can be very helpful in fights against enemies or bosses that have elemental resistances.

Effect:
Inflicts a very high amount of damage to the entire party that is not tied to an element. This is the strongest spell in the game.
