Ragoras do more damage than the other enemies in the Kilika Woods, but their elemental weakness makes them relatively easy to take out with Lulu. Have her use 
Fire or Fira magic on them to take them out quickly.
Kimahri can use 
Lancet on a Ragora to learn Seed Cannon for his Ronso Rage Overdrive.
