Demonolith is one of the more difficult enemies to deal with that you will come across in the late stages of the game. You can find them both Inside Sin and in the Omega Ruins.
They have a counterattack called “Pharaoh’s Curse,” which can potentially be a game-ender. It will inflict Curse, Darkness, Poison, and Silence. If you’re party is not prepared, it may wipe them out. Ensure that at least one party member is equipped with the 
Stoneproof or Ribbon auto-abilities to ensure your team’s survival.
The only way to prevent it from using “Pharaoh’s Curse” each time you attack is to have Wakka use 
Silence Attack or Silence Buster on it before you start attacking it.
