Chimerageist is an Area Conquest enemy that you can unlock by capturing one of each of the fiends in the Calm Lands.

Defeating Chimerageist is pretty straightforward. Its attacks will rotate through 
Blizzara, Thundara, Assault, and Aqua Breath, none of which will deal a particularly high amount of damage.
