Chimerageist is an Area Conquest enemy that can be unlocked by capturing all of the fiends in the Calm Lands.
Defeating Chimerageist is fairly straightforward. It’s attacks will rotate through 
Blizzara, Thundara, Assault and Aqua Breath, none of which will deal a particularly high amount of damage.
