The Abaddon is an Area Conquest enemy that you can unlock by capturing one of each of the fiends in the Inside Sin area.

The best way to defeat Abaddon is to protect yourself against its “Curse” attack, which can inflict Curse, Darkness, Poison, and Silence. The best way to do this is to equip characters with the 
Ribbon auto-ability, or you will be stuck using a ton of 
Remedies.
