Before you can obtain Jupiter Sigil you will have to obtain Auroch Reels, Status Reels and Attack Reels first. Some additional tips are included below:

In order to obtain the Jupiter Sigil you will have to win a Tournament to obtain Attack Reels, complete a League to obtain Status Reels, win another Tournemtn to obtain Auroch Reels and then hope that the Jupiter Sigil appears as a prize.
The Jupiter Sigil has a 50% chance of appearing as the prize for obtaining 1st in a League match, which means that you may have to participate in multiple leagues in order to have it appear. You can save your game at a Save Sphere when the league prizes reset (after you complete a League) until the prize appears. Good luck!
