Various Locations

There isn’t much to do in the next few locations, but be sure to briefly visit each of them.

Mushroom Rock Road

As soon as you land, you should see Shinra running off to place his next CommSphere. Speak to him once, and he’ll run off towards Youth League HQ, but you don’t need to chase him.

Attempt to head that direction, and you’ll kick off a short cutscene with Yaibal and Lucil. Once the dialogue with them has concluded, and after Yuna has agreed to let Lucil know if she sees Nooj, you’re already done here.

Before you leave, head down to the alcove again and pick up another treasure chest.

Head over to the Save Sphere, warp back up to the Celsius, and then select the Moonflow as your next destination.

Moonflow

There’s very little to do in Moonflow during this chapter (which is why this page is combined with the events in Guadosalam). Head east from the Save Sphere and talk to Tobli… and that’s it. There’s a short cutscene that plays, and Shinra will drop the next CommSphere near the wagon.

While you’re here, don’t forget to complete the Publicity and Marriage Campaign side quest:

You can use the Save Sphere to warp back up to the Celsius and then warp to Guadosalam, or if you walked along the Moonflow road to reach the last person in the Publicity/Marriage campaign, walk through the entrance.

Guadosalam

You’ll see Shinra run past with his next CommSphere pretty quickly after you enter. Run up and head into Chateau Leblanc for a few more cutscenes. First you’ll speak to Ormi and Logos, then you’ll have to head up to Leblanc’s room and speak to her, and then head back down to talk with Ormi and Logos one more time.

Go through the secret doorway at the back of the Living Room and continue down the hallway, past the Save Sphere, past the first door, and into the second room. You’ll have to watch a couple more spheres in this room, and you’ll receive Logos’s Sphere and Ormi’s Sphere.

Explore the room afterward to find another sphere on the stand next to the bed. As you watch the Gaol Sphere, Maechen will materialize in the room while you’re not looking. Speak to him again, select the “Please, go on” option, and let him talk all the way to the end without skipping. Speaking to him here is worth Story Completion Percent, and so is letting him finish, which also counts toward the Achievement/Trophy below.

Exit the room after Maechen has finished his story and head west towards the room you couldn’t explore at the end of the last chapter, the one where you fought Leblanc. A treasure chest on the main floor contains a Tetra Band.

As you can see on the mini-map, there’s a weird pathway that extends along the outside of the room that you can walk along. As you enter, there’s a crate on the left side of the room that you can climb to get up to the second floor. Follow the pathway around to find another treasure chest that contains Crimson Sphere 4.

The events in Guadosalam are over, but you can complete the Publicity and Marriage Campaign side quest out front as well:

The next destination is the Thunder Plains, which you can reach from lower levels of Guadosalam going through the hallway near the Save Sphere.
