Kilika Island and Luca
The visits to both Kilika Island and Luca in Chapter 2 are very quick.
Kilika Island
Head to Kilika first, and a very short cutscene with Dona and the citizens of Kilika will play out right in the area where you land near the 
Save Sphere. You can talk to her again, if you want, but she won’t let you through.
All you can really do while you’re here is grab the two treasure chests by jumping northwest and northeast across the boats. They contain a 
Turbo Ether and two 
Mana Tablets.

Head back up to the Celsius and then make your way to Luca.
Luca
You’ll start on the outskirts. Make sure you grab the treasure chest by jumping on the ledge at the bottom of the stairs. It contains two Light Curtains.
Proceed down into the square, and an interview cutscene will take place with Shelinda. She’ll ask Yuna and the Gullwings a couple of questions, but it does not matter how you answer them. After the interview, you’ll receive the 
Covetous Garment Grid.
And that’s all you can do in Luca… except for the Publicity and Marriage Campaigns. You can’t do either of the two in Kilika, with it being blocked off, but you can definitely visit all of the NPCs here:
Side Quests
A list of the NPCs that you can speak with to earn Open Air / Argent Publicity points and Marriage matchmaking points in Luca during Chapter 2.
