Morph Materia typically reduces the players attack to 1/10 of normal attack power but Conformer is not affected and still attacks at Yuffie’s regular power (making her the best player to use Morph Materia with). The damage increases proportional to the level of the enemy - the higher the enemy’s level the more damage it does.
