The Prelude of Light is taught to Link by Sheik in the Temple of Time. Return to the Temple of Time after completing the Forest Temple. Link will run into Sheik at the back of the Temple of Time and Sheik will teach him the Prelude of Light which will allow him to warp back to the Temple of Time. This allows Link to easily get back to the Temple to travel back and forth through time to switch between young and adult Link easily.
