As a reminder, there are two different types of quests in Final Fantasy XVI. Full-on side quests are the non-mandatory end-game content and extra content and are listed further down, but for a list of the Optional Quests (i.e., the green markers), use the link below.

Complete Side Quest List
The complete list of side quests is included below, and they are listed in the order that players would typically complete them during a regular playthrough:
Desiree, the scribe and secretary for the Hideaway, is entrusted with keeping all of the donations from Clive’s allies and patrons. As you accumulate
Renown for completing quests and defeating Notorious Marks, you can claim the “tokens of appreciation” from the Patron’s Whisper.
A curious clockwork contraption that can perform several different musical compositions at the flick of a switch. The “Orchestrion Rolls” that Clive collects can be played and listened to here. This section contains a complete list of all the music you can collect.
As you progress through the game, Clive will amass a collection of Curiosities that include the description “Displayed in Clive’s chambers.” These are the items that will be added to Clive’s
Wall of Memories. You’ll have to play through all of the content to collect them all.
“A crudely drawn map in whose margin is scrawled the message, ‘To all who would seek to mint gil, follow ye the path to Kretov.’”
A mysterious ceramic tablet that stands in the Hideaway. You can use the Arete Stone to train in the “Hall of Virtue,” update Clive’s appearance as well as his friends’, and activate different modes of play, including Arcade, Stage Replay, the Final Chronolith Trials, and Kairos Gate.
