Yuna

Yuna is the primary protagonist of Final Fantasy X-2 and is arguably the main protagonist of Final Fantasy X (alongside Tidus). She and Rikku were both characters in the original game, and their character models are nearly the same.

But that’s where the similarities end. Instead of being a magic user and summoner, Yuna enters Final Fantasy X-2 in her default Dressphere, the Gunner, which means she’s moved from summoning Aeons to summoning bullets.

From a story perspective, she mostly spends this game chasing visions and dreams tied back to her interactions with Tidus in Final Fantasy X, and trying to find her way in the world now that she’s no longer a summoner and no longer on her pilgrimage.

Yuna is voiced by Hedy Burress in both Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2. Burress went on to voice Yuna again in Kingdom Hearts II, Dissidia, Final Fantasy Explorers, World of Final Fantasy, and Mobius Final Fantasy, along with numerous other characters in other video games.
