The Requiem is usually the last Ocarina of Time song that Link learns. The song is taught to Link by Sheik as he exits the Spirit Temple and returns out to the Desert Colossus. Sheik will explain that Link will need to return to the Spirit Temple as young Link to start off and then teaches him the Requiem of Spirit to warp back to the Desert Colossus.
