Unlock Conditions
This quest is unlocked when you reach 
Back to Their Origin, the last Main Scenario Quest. You’ll also need to have completed the original Under New Management Optional Quest as well.
Quest Giver and Location
Warp to the 
Northreach Obelisk and find Isabelle near the Veil.
Quest Details
Start by searching for Philippe in the Northreach Markets.
Next, head to Greagor’s Weep to find a group of Encroaching Revenants to defeat. There’s a fair bit of dialogue after this fight, and then it’s time to head to Oriflamme.
Out here, there will be another group of Revenants to defeat, followed by an “Encroaching Undertaker.” By now, you’ve fought a few of these already, and this one is weaker than the previous versions you’ve faced.
Quite a bit more dialogue to listen to again after the fight, and then head over to speak with Isabelle one more time to complete the quest.
