Unlock Conditions
This Hunt is unlocked after you complete the 
Under New Management II and Priceless Optional Quests during the 
Back to Their Origin Main Scenario Quest.
Notorious Mark Location
The Prince of Death is located just northeast of Westwatch in the Royal Meadows outside of Northreach. Travel to the 
Northreach Obelisk and exit through the north side of town.

The Prince of Death is similar to the Liches and other scythe-wielding enemies that you’ve faced up to this point. It has a new attack, though, called “Soul Harvest,” which is a multi-hit combo. You’ll take quite a bit of damage if you get caught in it, so be prepared to use a 
Potion or a High Potion, but otherwise, this Notorious Mark should go down without much of a fuss.
