This quest becomes available after you complete the “Getting to Work” subquest, which takes place during the Bolts from the Blue Main Scenario Quest.

You can find Dorys in the center of the Hideaway.

Quest Details

Dorys sends Clive searching for a team of Cursebreakers that have gone missing near Northreach. Travel to the Northreach Obelisk and exit the market on the east side of town. Hop on your Chocobo and ride a short distance further east along the trail.

Cole, one of the Cursebreakers in the party you’re searching for, can be found amongst a group of Bearers. Speak to him and then make your way towards the carriage. Make sure to swap to your single-target Eikonic Ability Set.

The group of enemies you’ll have to defeat includes three ranged “Goblin Leechers” that will stand at a distance, casting spells in your direction. Don’t just leave these to Torgal; focus on bringing them down first before switching over to the “Gigas Bruiser,” which is an enemy you’ve faced quite a few times before that shouldn’t give you any trouble.

Once the Bearers have all been rescued, head back to the Hideaway to speak to Dorys and complete the quest.
