Haven Foundry.

Quest Details
Exit through the south gates of Haven, and you’ll encounter your first group of Tonberries during this quest. Defeating them doesn’t take anything special, as they’re easy to defeat.
Once you’ve defeated them, continue up the hill. You can either hop on your Chocobo and run past the following groups of Tonberries if you’d prefer not to fight, or if you’re looking for more
Experience Points,
Ability Points, and
Gil, you can defeat each of the groups along the way.

Your destination is a cave, which was previously blocked off, called “The Path of Corruption.” Follow the quest marker until you reach it.
Inside the cave is the next Notorious Mark, and this one can prove to be a bit more powerful and a bit more challenging than the last one…

Tonberry King
Notorious Mark / Hunt

“Tonberry kings are not of noble blood, nor do they rule over their tribe—they are simply those individuals who have survived long enough to accumulate significant amounts of rancor. Their hearts stained black with rage, these elders tend to be not only the most violent and bloodthirsty of their kin, but also the strongest and most nimble, despite their advanced years. Some believe that one may curse his enemy by making an offering to these kings, but science would suggest this is pure fantasy.”

Return to Fanet to complete the quest.

Next Steps
You should now have completed all four of the quests that were available back at Haven:
Last Licks
Optional Quest

“Shula asks Clive to accompany her on a hunting expedition. Their quarry is a reptilian horror called a guivre, whose tongue is said to have potent medicinal properties—precisely what Waljas’s wetnurse requires to restore her spirits.”

Beyond the Grave
Optional Quest

“Dalina, trusted attendant to the Tributary of Haven, has many duties. Attending to the witch’s grave is one among them, but has proven impossible of late thanks to a pack of bloodthirsty beasts having taken up residence on the road to Witchdrop.”

Lost in the Woods
Optional Quest

“On a forbidden foray into the forest, Ayrik met with a fearsome beast capable of felling trees and upending the earth with blasts of water. There’s only one way of telling whether this fiend really exists, or is merely the product of the boy’s overactive imagination…”

Reign of Pain
Optional Quest

“Village healer Fanet believes that Talor’s curse may have been woven by a tonberry king, to whom the suffering soul is yet bound by beastman magick. She begs Clive to seek the creature out and end its reign once and for all.”

Completing all four quests will open up a brand new quest to complete:
The Water of Life
Optional Quest

“Every Mote of Water is welcomed into the family by the Rite of Immersion, and Shula is insistent that Waljas should be no exception. As she must play the part of mother, she asks that Clive serve as witness for the ceremony in her stead.”

The Rising Tide
DLC

This quest begins from a missive called (Unmarked).
“Often is it that letters requesting aid find their way to Clive’s reading desk. Rarer, though, are occasions when said letters are anonymous. Even rarer still, however, are occasions when the aid in question is to rescue an Eikon thought lost for several centuries. This so happens to be one of those rarest of occasions.”
