Unlock Conditions
This quest is unlocked when you reach 
Back to Their Origin, the last Main Scenario Quest. You’ll also need to have completed A Bone to Pick for this quest to be unlocked.
Quest Giver and Location
This quest is activated by reading a missive called 
In a Mood. The missives can be found at the 
Reading Table in Clive’s Chambers in the Hideaway.
Quest Details
The first task is to look for Torgal on the rear decks, which are just behind 
The Black Hammer. Follow Torgal through the Hideaway and then travel to the 
Port Isolde Obelisk.
Follow the quest marker to board a small rowboat just off the docks. Continue following the quest markers along the trail.
Nothing to this quest really, but it helps both Clive and Torgal find some closure.
