The Mageth Brothers

The section provides an overview of how to track down and defeat the Notorious Mark for the Mageth Brothers Hunt.
In-Game Description
“A lone rowing boat has been sighted making land off the coast of Port Isolde—its occupants wearing the garb and speaking the language of Iron Kingdom Crusaders. One can only assume that they come to take their vengeance upon Cid the Outlaw for destroying that which they hold most dear. We advise against all travel to the areas, lest they think to kill or capture our members in retaliation.”
Unlock Conditions
This hunt is available as soon as you begin the Things Fall Apart Main Scenario Quest; however, you can’t leave the Hideaway until you’ve spoken to Otto, Vivian, and Harpocrates.
Notorious Mark Location
You can find this Notorious Mark in Rosaria in an area called the Quietsands. Use either The Auldhyl Docks Obelisk or the
Port Isolde Obelisk to get there.

Notorious Mark Battle

Class: XXX
HP: XXX
This is three more axe-wielding enemies, just like the previous Hunt, which you may have already completed, to defeat the Ten of Clubs. There are two key differences:
- You’ll be facing three enemies total (Sandwydd, Cindwydd, and Mindwydd), so you’ll have to be aware of each of their locations and be ready to dodge attacks from enemies you’re not facing.
- They have slightly different special attacks that are new.
The new attacks to be ready for include:
- Last Crusade: They’ll charge forward toward Clive. Just dodge out of the way.
- Crea y Cwm: This attack is easy enough to dodge, as it begins with an upward swing from one of the brothers’ axes, but it’s a combo attack wherein if you get hit by the first swing (which is easy to dodge), you’ll be hit by a flurry of follow-up attacks dealing quite a bit of damage. Don’t get hit by the first swing!
- Iron Gavel: This is the same as the Ten of Clubs’ “Execution” attack. Four axe swings in succession that need to be dodged.
That’s really all there is to know. Try to make sure you’re using attacks that will hit more than one of them at a time by dodging around the map to line them up in a row. Don’t be afraid to be aggressive. The Brothers don’t attack as often when all three of them are alive, giving you time to get in and deal some damage, but once you’re down to just one brother left, it will begin attacking with everything it’s got.

Next Steps
There are three Notorious Marks that you can track down once you reach the Things Fall Apart Main Quest Scenario. The other two are:
The Ten of Clubs
Notorious Mark / Hunt

“Merchants who ply their trade across the Fields of Corava tell of an outlaw five-and-twenty hands high and might of thew who preys upon unescorted travelers. They claim he lives alone in one of the many abandoned villages that litter the region, but none has been brave nor foolish enough to narrow the search any further. If you who read this have either, or both, of those qualities, the Dhalmekians beg your aid.”

Svarog
Notorious Mark / Hunt

“Sanbrequois legend tells of a dread dragon who set near half the realm alight with his torrid breath, before being sealed away behind a magical mist—by Greagor Herself, some sources claim. Though it has long been forgotten which parts of the tale are true and which are mere myth, recent reports of a great dragon’s roar reverberating around the woodland passes of the empire are real enough.”
