Where to Find It
This fiend can be found in the Creature Creator, but it can’t be trapped. It joins you after you win the Almighty Shinra Cup in the Fiend Arena, and Omega Weapon must be released and defeated first. Check out the Fiend Arena page for more information.
Steals, Drops, and Bribes
The chances listed in the table below are per fiend KO’d or per Steal attempt. A fiend only drops an item some of the time, and when it does, the common item comes up seven times out of eight. 
Butterfingers ensures that every drop is the rarer item, and 
Master Thief only steals the rare item.
