Some things to always keep in mind while venturing through the haunted mansion:
1) Always try to vacuum up anything you can see. You never know what you might find.
2) Always head back to old rooms for a few purposes - You may have new elements, try new things. You might find new stuff.
3) Some gold bars appear in old rooms later in the game - You might see something you missed.
