Speak to Glenn, the Courier, in the bunks of the Hideaway.
Quest Details
This is a fetch quest that involves working your way back through the Orabelle Downs in Sanbreque. Pull up the map and warp to the 
Orabelle Downs Obelisk.
Move forward, down the pathway, and pick up each of the three 
Lost Supplies that fell out of Glenn’s pack. Clive won’t find the letter for Cid that Glenn mentioned; speak to the nearby Field Hand for a clue. She will say that a dog in Lostwing carried it off.
Pull up the map again and travel to the Lostwing Obelisk. Look for the dog in the northeast section of town and retrieve the Lost Letter from it to complete the quest.
