This page provides an overview of how to complete the Playthings Optional Quest.
Quest Giver and Location
Locate a little girl named Lisette standing just outside the town of Moore in the Royal Meadows.
Quest Details
This is an easy quest that requires traveling to two locations here in the meadows. Follow the Optional Quest Marker 
and speak to the “Fastidious Farmwife,” and then follow it again to an area behind the windmill.
One of the easier quests to complete, but one of the more depressing ones for sure. Square Enix wasn’t shying away from the “M” rating for this game.
