This page provides an overview of how to complete the 
Not to Be Outdone Optional Quest.
Unlock Conditions
This quest unlocks once you have completed the three Main Scenario Subquests of 
Things Fall Apart, including “The Flames of War,” “Why We Fight,” and “Down the Rabbit Hole.”
However, for this quest, you’ll need to first travel to the Krozjit Echoes to open up access to the other Obelisks, which means you’ll have to be on the Cloak and Dagger Main Scenario Quest.
Quest Giver and Location
You can find Molly, the Kitchen Head, in the Ale Hall near the Tub & Crown of the Hideaway.
Quest Details
The first step is to speak with Harpocrates. Following that, you’ll have to “obtain some saint’s bonnet on the Northreach coast” and “defeat a blueback wyvern on the Northreach coast.”
Travel to the 
Northreach Obelisk, run through the town of Northreach, and into the Royal Meadows. Hop on your 
Chocobo and ride towards the grassy areas in front of the Baywatch tower.
The Blueback Wyvern that you have to defeat is just like every other wyvern-type enemy you’ve faced. It should go down relatively easily with the abilities and equipment you have now compared to the previous ones you’ve defeated.
The spoils from defeating the Wyvern will include a 
Raptor Liver, and you can collect the Saint’s Bonnet flowers nearby. Return to the Hideaway and speak to Molly to complete the quest.

Next Steps
Three other Optional Quests can be completed once this one becomes available; however, the other ones require moving into the next Main Scenario Quest (Cloak and Dagger) so that you can travel to the other Obelisks. The other quests you can complete are:

“Wanting to learn more of the state of the realm following the fall of its Mothercrystals and the darkening of its skies, Lord Byron Rosfield does what any man of means might: task one of his servants with the endeavor. That servant, however, now wishes to speak with Clive and urgently requests an audience in Martha’s Rest.”
