The Chocobo Sage’s House is a tiny little solitude house located up in the mountainous regions of the northern continent. It can be found fairly close to the Northern Cave, the Icicle Village and the Great Glacier.
There are three reasons to visit the Chocobo Sage’s House. The first is to swing by and pick up the 
Enemy Skill Materia that you can obtain by talking to the Chocobo on the lower level of the house. The second is for purchasing items from the Chocobo Sage which are required for racing and breeding Chocobos.
The Chocobo Sage will actually tell you how to raise and breed each different type of Chocobo but this isn’t required when you have this strategy guide on hand. Just return and talk to the Chocobo Sage from time to time and he will tell you more and more information until he ‘forgets’. Then recite this information to Chole at the Chocobo Farm and she will jot it all down for you so that you can review it again.
