It’s the Thought that Counts
This page provides an overview of how to complete the It’s the Thought that Counts Optional Quest.
Unlock Conditions
This quest is only available as part of 
The Rising Tide DLC Expansion. Check out the Expansion Overview section for more information on how to unlock the expansion content.
This quest is unlocked after the team reaches Haven and meets with Shula inside the Witanhall.
Quest Giver and Location
The quest giver is Wyrda, and she can be found standing just outside the Witanhall.
Quest Details
This is a simple quest that involves interacting with some of the villagers around Haven. Talk to the two “Flower Pickers” near the pond in the center of Haven to obtain two 
Basketful of Flowers. Speak to Pavaat to complete the quest.
Rewards
Reflection of Earth (Titanic Block)- 5,600
Experience Points
Note that Optional Quests completed in Mysidia will not award any 
Renown. More importantly than the rewards above, however, is that you’ll gain access to the 
Haven Foundry. Unfortunately, at this point, Pavaat can’t craft anything useful or reinforce any of your current gear.

This quest begins from a missive called 
(Unmarked).
“Often is it that letters requesting aid find their way to Clive’s reading desk. Rarer, though, are occasions when said letters are anonymous. Even rarer still, however, are occasions when the aid in question is to rescue an Eikon thought lost for several centuries. This so happens to be one of those rarest of occasions.”
