A full list of Techniques in Final Fantasy XIII is included below. Note that all characters will eventually have access to all of the techniques listed below once they have access to all of the Crystariums:

Technique	TP	In Game Description	Additional Notes
Summon	3	Summon an Eidolon.	This Technique allows you to summon your party leader’s Eidolon if they’ve unlocked it. For more information about Eidolons and how to use them in battle check out the [Eidolon] section.
Libra	1	Reveal partial status information on target.	You can use the Libra technique to reveal the strengths and weaknesses of the enemies you are facing. You will have to use the Libra Technique twice in order to fully reveal the enemy’s Datalog information. Alternatively, if you are out of Technical Points (TP), you can use a Librascope item instead. In fact, using a Librascope is quite often preferred if there are multiple enemies. Using a Librascope will also full reveal Datalog information, unlike using a Libra Technique, which requires two casts to complete the Datalog. Make sure you use Libra often and early in all of your battles against new enemies, bosses, Eidolons or Mission marks.
Renew	2	Revive allies from KO and restore their HP.	This Technique functions like the Raise ability and works on both of your non-leader team members. It’s only really useful if both of them have been KO’d, but in this case it may be worth restarting the battle and trying again rather than wasting the Technical Points (TP) to revive them.
Quake	1	Deal earth damage to targets in a wide radius and extend their chain bonuses.	This is a damage dealing attack that isn’t really any more powerful than other magic and Area of Effect (AoE) based abilities, so it’s recommended that you don’t waste your Technical Points (TP) on casting it.
Dispelga	1	Remove all status ailments and enhancements from all allies and enemies.	This Technique should only be used as a last resort. Using it will remove all buffs and debuffs from both your party members and the enemies you’re facing. So when would you use it? The best time to use this Technique is when the enemy has beneficial status enhancements (buffs) that need to be removed and your party members have an overwhelming number of negative status ailments that can be taken off, but they also don’t have a high number of status enhancements on themselves (since they will be removed). Using Dispelga can actually harm your party if it’s used incorrectly, i.e. if it unintentionally removes all of your party member’s buffs.
Stopga	1	Reset all enemy and ally ATB gauges, canceling pending actions.	This can be used to interrupt a devastating attack from an enemy. Use cases for this Technique are fairly limited.
