Issues of Timber Maniacs can be found all throughout your travels as you progress through the game. Each time you pick up an issue, a new article will appear on the Balamb Garden study panel in the classroom. Not much of a reward, but still worth collecting, as there is a trophy/achievement you can pick up. Check out the Timber Maniacs side quest section for more information.
