Effects:
Increase fire damage dealt to all foes in range.

Tips:
Inflicts the Oil status effect which increases damage done by Fire-elemental magick.

Reverse
Effects:
Cause healing and damage to have the opposite effect on one foe.

Decoy
Effects:
Cause one ally to be the target of all foes.

Tips:
This effect can be resisted by the target as though it were a negative status effect, making it unreliable to cast in the middle of a battle. I am not sure why the game designers included this annoying mechanic.
